Ingredients
- Soak flat rice noodles in warm water 20 mins.
- Rice needles
- 3 cloves garlic
- Olive oil
- 2 carrots
- 5-6 scallions
- Squeezed drained crumbled tofu block
- 1/4 C Rice Vinegar
- Lemon or lime juice
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
- Peanut butter
- Peanuts - chopped for garnish

Preparation
Step 1
After soaking noodles for 20 mins in warm water, saute garlic, oil, rice vinegar,brown sugar,paprika,scallions,carrots,lime crumbled tofu, peanut butter and cayenne pepper to taste.
Garnish servings with chopped peanuts.
