BBQ pulled pork
- 3-4 lbs pork butt or boston butt w/ bone
- garlic powder
- ground mustard
- 1 c ginger ale
- bbq sauce
- worcestershire sauce
Season pork w/ salt, pepper, garlic, ground mustard. Place in crock pot.
Add ginger ale.
Cook on high 5-6 hours or low 9-11 hours
Remove pork and shred it. Discard remaining liquids.
Add shredded pork back to crock pot w/ bbq sauce & worcestershire sauce. Cook on low additional 1-2 hours.
