Crispy Turmeric Baby Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 400 F (200 C).

Cut the unpeeled potatoes into halves.

In a large bowl combine baby potatoes, the oil, turmeric, salt and pepper. Toss until potatoes are well-coated. Place the potato halves on lightly-greased oven tray.

Bake the potato halves for about 30 minutes or until they are well-browned and crisp.
