Ingredients

• Use Pie Crust:
• 1/4 lb. butter
• 1 cup flour
• 3 oz. cream cheese
• Filling:
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/8 tsp. vanilla
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix, shape into small balls and press into mini muffin pans.
Bake at 375 for 20-25 mins. Sprinkle with powdered sugar
