Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. butter
2 T. corn syrup
1 t. baking soda
2 T. bourbon
2 t. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, stir together the sugar, buttermilk, butter, corn syrup, bourbon and baking soda. Bring to a boil and simmer for 7 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
