Ingredients

    c. all purpose flour

  • 2

    c. light brown sugar

  • 1

    c. creamy peanut butter

  • 1/2

    c. butter, softened

  • 1

    tsp. baking powder

  • 1/2

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1

    c. milk

  • 1

    tsp. vanilla

  • 3

    eggs

  • 1

    c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray. set aside. Using an electric mixer combine flour, brown sugar, peanut butter, and butter. Remove 1 c. of the mixture and set aside. Mix in baking powder and soda. Mix in milk and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Sprinkle top with reserved flour mixture and chocolate chips. Bake 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
