Maple-Glazed Stuffed Roast Pork

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups hot water
- 1 pkg (6 oz) Stove top stuffing for chicken
- 1 pork loin (2 pound), butterflied
- 2 tbsp maple flavored syrup
- 2 tbsp grey poupon hearty spicy brown mustard
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary

Step 1
Heat oven to 350*.
Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add apples;cook and stir 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Add water and stuffing mix; cover. Let stand 5 minutes; mix lightly.
Spoon stuffing mixture onto cut side of meat to within 1/2 inch of edges. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, starting at one of the short ends. Place, seam-side down, in roasting pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 1 hour. Mix maple syrup, mustard and rosemary; spread over meat. Bake 20 minutes or until meat is done. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing to serve.
