  • 1.5 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 large can diced tomatoes
  • 1 16oz can tomato sauce
  • 1 16oz can spicy kidney beans
  • 1 medium diced onion
  • 2 stalks diced celery
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

Saute onion and celery in olive oil until tender. Add ground chuck and cook until brown. Drain. Return to large kettle and add tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, ketchup, and chili powder. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. Serves 6 peeps.
