Chicken thighs with orange -glaze

Ingredients

  • 8 skinless chicken thighs ( boneless if possible)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1-1/2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 navel orange
  • 3 TBS. honey
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • chopped green onions

Preparation

Step 1

sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper and garlic powder

Heat oil in skillet..add chicken cook for 4 minutes on each side.

Grate orange rind and squeeze juice from orange.
Add juice and rind with honey, and ginger to the chicken in skillet. Bring to a boil simmer for 7 minutes.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
Servce with broccoli and white rice.
