Ingredients

  • Layer 1:
  • 1-1/2 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • Layer 2:
  • 1 8oz. softened cream cheese
  • 1 8oz. cool whip
  • 1 cup confectioners sugar
  • Layer 3:
  • 2 pkgs. (3.5 oz.) instant lemon pudding
  • 3-1/2 cups milk
  • Layer 4:
  • 1 8oz. cool whip
  • chopped walnuts for sprinkling

Step 1

Combine layer 1 ingredients and bake at 350 for 30 mins then allow it to cool down. Mix layer 2 ingredients together and spread on crust.
