• 1 1/2 cup stuffing mix
• 1/3 cup parmesan xhwwaw
• 1 1/2 tsp seasoned pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 broiler - fryer cut up
• 1/2 cup butter melted

Step 1

Crush stuffing mix into fine crumbs and combine with
parmesan cheese and spices. Dip chicken pieces in melted butter then the crumb mixture. arrange skin side up in baking pan that has been brushed with the remainder of the butter or sprayed with a nonstick
spray. Bake at 350' for 1 hour or until brown and tender.
