Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 C. Flour
• 1 t. Soda
• 2/3 C. Brown Sugar
• 1/2 C. Sugar
• 1/3 C. Oil
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 C. Chopped Nuts
• 2 or 3 Mashed Bananas
• Raisins (opt.)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 8 ingredients. Add bananas. Pour into greased loaf pan.

Bake 345 degrees - 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean.
