Grape Salad

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 lbs. seedless grapes (red, green or both)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Preparation

Step 1

Beat together cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add sugar until completely blended. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Remove grapes from the stem, wash and pat dry. Layer grapes and cream cheese mixture twice.

Mix brown sugar and pecans. Sprinkle over the top layer of cream cheese and refrigerate until ready to serve
