Ingredients
- 1/2 medium size head lettuce chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1 c Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 to 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- tomato slices

Step 1
In large glass bowl, layer vegetables in order listed, lettuce, celery, water chestnuts, onion and peas. Mix mayonnaise with sugar, salt, and pepper. Spread over layers of vegetables. Top with cheese. Cover with foil and refrigerate 24 hours. When ready to serve top with bacon and tomato slices
