Ingredients
- CAKE
- box lemon cake mix, Duncan Hines
- Box pineapple instant pudding
- 3/4 C Wesson oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 7UP, 10 ozs
- ICING
- 1 stick butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple, small, drained
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 1 T flour
- nuts and coconut ooptional

Step 1
Bake cake according to box, 30 - 45 min at 325
For icing, combine sugar, flour, eggs.
Add pineapple butter and vanilla.
Bring to a boil, cook until thick.
Add nuts and coconut if desired.
Ice cake
