Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp oil
  • 1/2 lb sausage substitute crumbled
  • 1/2 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 lb firm tofu drained and crumbled
  • 1 tomato diced
  • 1 tsp tumeric
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 2 green onions minced

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oil in skillet...add sausage,onion,garlic and fry til browned. Add tofu,tomato, tumeric, and garlic salt and saute for 5 mins. Add green onions during the last MINUTE of cooking.
