Ingredients

• 1-1/3 1-1/3 1-1/3 c water
• 2-1/2 2-1/2c 2-1/2c bread flour
• 2/3 2/3 2/3 cup semolina flour
• 1 1 1 tab. instant potato flakes
• 1 1 1 tab. sugar
• 2 2 2 teas. gluten
• 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 teas. salt
• 2 2 2 teas. SAF yeast or
• 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 teas. bread machine yeast

Preparation

Step 1

Intomachine by manufact direction:
Oster: Wet/ Dry/Yeast


French bread cycle w/ dark crust
