  • Frosting:
  • 2 instant pudding mix
  • 1 white cake mix (no pudding)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 instant Pistachio pudding
  • 1 large (12 oz.) cool whip
  • 1/2 cup milk



Step 1

Mix together cake and pudding . Pour in oil, milk and water. Blend together. Add
eggs one at a time blend. Then beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Grease a 10
inch tube pan with Crisco. Pour mixture into pan, bake at 350 degrees for
50-60 minutes.

Frosting: Blend pudding and milk together add cool whip and mix at medium speed
for one minute.

Then frost cake and refrigerate.
