Ingredients
- MARINATE:
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 handful of fresh cilantro
- 1 scallion, sliced
- 2 - 4 tuna steaks
- FRUIT SALSA:
- 2 cups assorted diced fruit (mango, pineapple, strawberries)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro or mint
- juice of half of lime
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
MARINADE: Puree first 7 ingredients in a blender. Pour over fish. Let marinate for 30 minutes to one hour in the fridge.
FRUIT SALSA: For the salsa, toss ingredients together. Season with a little salt and pepper
Remove fish from marinade and grill to your liking. Top each steak with some fruit salsa right before serving.
