  • 2 cans of black beans, rinsed
  • 1 can white corn, drained
  • Jalapeno (small jar)
  • 6 TBSP olive oil
  • 6 TBSP lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tomato
