Ingredients

  • 4

    C chopped chicken (6-7 breasts)

  • 4

    C sliced celery

  • 1

    C blanched slivered almonds

  • 2

    C potato chips

  • 2

    C velveta cheese

  • 3/4-1

    quart (32oz) Hellman's Mayo

  • 1

    tsp salt

  • 4

    T onion grated or some onion salt

  • 4

    tsp lemon juice

Directions

Mix together and top with velveta cheese (cubed) and potato chips in ungreased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake for 20 min at 400 degrees (boil breasts for 1-2 hours)
