- 24 large fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 cup Italian style breadcrumbs
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup melted butter or olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced (or from a jar)
Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 45mins
Preheat oven to 350.
Clean mushrooms with damp paper towels.
Twist mushroom stems to remove. Finely chop the mushroom stems.
Set mushroom caps aside.
Combine chopped mushroom stems and remaining ingredients, stirring well.
Spoon mixture into mushroom caps.
Place mushrooms on lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
