Ingredients
- 1 cup skim milk
- 4 oz. canned pineapple tidbits in juice (or freshly cut pineapple chunks)
- 1 Tablespoon cold-compressed organic flaxseed oil
- Handful of ice
Preparation
Step 1
Place milk, canned (or fresh) pineapple chunks in blender, add of ice, and whip for 1 minute. Transfer to glass and stir in flaxseed oil.
