Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 3 cups water
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups coarsely grated cabbage, packed
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup canned tomatoes
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp each: sugar, salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup boiling water

Preparation
Step 1
Cook rice about 15 mins, until tender. Heat oil in large frying pan. Add onion and cabbage. Stir fry until onion is soft. Sprinkle with flour. Stir. Add remaining ingredients and rice. Mix. Pour into 4 litre casserole. Bake, covered for 1 hour in 350F oven.
