Mini Meatball Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 16oz. bag frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 16oz. can tomatoes (crushed by hand)
  • 1 16oz. can tomato sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Combine beef, onion, chili powder & salt. Shape into small (mini) meatballs. Brown in large skillet then drain the fat. Arrange mixed vegetables in skillet with meatballs. Pour on sauce and tomatoes. Cover and simmer for 20-25 mins.
