Ingredients
- 1 Lb. Stew Beef (cut pieces in half)
- 1 Tbsp. Canola Oil or Vegetable Oil
- 1 Lb. Red Potatoes (cut in quarters)
- 1 Lb. Carrots (cut up)
- 1 Cup Pearl Onions (jarred)
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 15 Oz. Can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 12 Oz. Jar Beef or Brown Gravy

Preparation
Step 1
Put one tablespoon of flour in a freezer bag and add the meat. Close the bag and shake until covered. Brown the meat in a frying pan in the oil. Put the potatoes in the slow cooker, then add in the carrots. Add in the stew beef and then top with the gravy and can of tomatoes. Cook on low for 7 hours. Add the onions in at the very end as they only need to be heated.
