Ingredients
- Cook giblets from the turkey. (I usually buy turkey legs and cook them for the meat portion of the recipe
- 16 slices about or breadc crumbs
- Fresh Garlic about 5 cloves or to taste
- 2 Teaspoons salt
- 1-2 eggs
- 1/2 small onion cut into small pieces
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Step 1
Cook giblets or turkey legs until done. Cut meat up and grind until fine. Also grind up the onion and garlic.
Soak break in milk or the liquid that the meat was cooked in until absorbed. Squeeze out excess liquid.
Salt, pepper, and add thegarlic, onion that have been ground and egg(s) to meat and mix.
Stuff into turkey before cooking the turkey. If not enough space in the bird, cook in a separate dish at the same temperature as the turkey
