Ingredients
- 8 Potatoes; medium boiled and drained
- 4 ounce Sour cream
- 8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
- 2 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
- 1/2 pound Butter; softened
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 3 tablespoon Garlic; minced
- 3 tablespoons Parsley; minced
Preparation
Step 1
Boil and drain potatoes. Cut into cubes and fold in cream cheese, sour cream, cheese, onion powder, garlic, and parsley. Mash well by hand, with ricer, or with an electric mixer. Place in a casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F. (Can be made ahead).
