Ingredients
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1 bag marshmallows
- 6 cups rice krispies
- 1 cup melted semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 7 1/2 rectangular graham crackers or 15 squares
- 1 cup of marshmallow cream, fluff
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter, stir in marshmallows and cook for about 2 minutes or until smooth and remove from heat
In a bowl combine marshmallows with cereal and mix well. In the bottom of a 9x13 pan,
spread half of the cereal mixture into an even, thin layer. Top with warmed chocolate. place graham crackers in a single layer over the chocolate, top with fluff cream.
Press lightly to cement layers together. Set s'mores aside for a minimum of 15 minutes before serving.
