Cheesy Chicken and Rice
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Can Cheese Soup
- 1 Small Onion or 1/2 Large Onion, Diced
- 1 Cup Uncooked Rice
- 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 1/2 Cups of Water
- Spices to taste
In a bowl, combine soups, water, rice, onion. Stir well.
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and any other spices you want.
Pour soup mixture over the chicken. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
