Ingredients

  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 2 T. soy sauce
  • 2 T. honey
  • 2 T. sherry
  • 1/2 tsp. 5-spice powder
  • 3 scallions

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients. Put tenderloins in zip-lock bag and pour marinade in. Seal and leave in refrigerator for 24 hours.

Place tenderloins on a wire rack on top of a baking dish filled with hot water. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Turn pork over. Baste with marinade and
bake another 15 min. Slice thinly.
