Oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 c oatmeal
  • 1 c plain yogurt
  • 1 c milk (lowfat is fine)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 t honey or sugar
  • 1/4 c all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c whole wheat flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 c chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine oatmeal, yogurt, milk, honey, and eggs. Mix dry ingredients and nuts and add.

Bake on griddle.

Can add cinnamon with dry ingredients. A little oil added to batter helps too.
