Hedy's Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mild sausage (bob evan's)
  • 1 (8oz) can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 Cups (8oz) shredded cheddar or mozzarella
  • 4 eggs beaten
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage-crumbled. Drain well. Line bottom of buttered 13 x 9 with (6) rolls pressing the perforations together. Sprinkle sausage over rolls. Then cheese. Combine milk and egg and spices. Pour over sausage. Bake 425 for 15 min. or till set. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
