Ingredients
- 1/4 c oil
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 c rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 3/4 c hot water
- 1 tsp. salt
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in skillet, add onion, green pepper rice and meat. Stir until lightly browned. Add tomato sauce and water. Mix well. Bring quickly to a boil. Cover and simmer 25 minutes.
