Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado (diced)
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 T chopped scallions
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 lime (zest and juiced)
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In food processor, puree avocado, sour cream, milk, scallions and garlic 1 minute or until smooth. Stir in 1 T lime juice,1/2 tsp. lime zest and hot pepper sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with carrot sticks or tortilla chips.
