Ingredients
- 6 skinned chicken thighs
- 6 skinned drumsticks
- 1 Tbs. oil
- 3/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 Tbs. tomato paste
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 2/3 c. balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbs. honey

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil. Season chicken with pepper. Cook 10 min. Set aside.
Saute garlic 2 minutes. Add tomato paste, broth, vinegar, and honey. Boil 3 min. Return chicken, reduce heat to medium low and cook for 30 minutes, basting often.
