Beef and Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 12lb. Ground beef
  • 1-15 oz. Can beef broth
  • 1-15 1/2 oz. Can Italian style diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. uncooked bow tie pasta
  • 2 c. thinly sliced zucchini
  • 3/4 c. grated parm

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef 6-8 min or until no longer pink. Remove from pan and pour off drippings. In same skillet, add broth,
tomatoes and pasta, pushing pasta into liquid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium. Cook, uncovered, 15 min
stirring frequently. Add zucchini; continue cooking 5 min. longer or until pasta is tender. Return beef to skillet
and stir in Y2 c. cheese. Heat through.
