    cups flour

    cups sugar

    tsp. salt

    tsp. baking soda

  • 1

    tsp. cinnamon

  • 1

    (6 1/2 oz.) can Crushed Pineapple (drained)

  • 4

    Bananas (ripened, mashed)

  • 2

    Eggs (unbeaten)

  • 1 1/2

    cups Oil

  • 3/4

    cups Coconut (flaked)

  • 3/4

    cups Nuts (chopped, your choice)

  • 1 1/2

    tsp. Vanilla

  • Glaze

  • 1

    cup Powdered Sugar

  • Lemon Juice (from Lemon)

  • Water

Directions

Cake Mix, flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon together. Then add all other ingredients. Mix together by hand or on slow speed with electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured bundt cake pan and bake in 350 degrees oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Glaze Once inverted onto cake plate and while cake is still warm, mix together powdered sugar and enough lemon juice and water to make a glaze. Pour over warm cake.
