Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes, diced
- 2 cups cooked corn
- 2 stalks celery
- 1/2 cup shopped onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 TBS butter
- 6 TBS flour
- 3 cups milk

Preparation
Step 1
Cover potatoes, cell and onion with water. Boil until almost tender. Add corn.
In another pan heat butter and stir in flour. Add milk. Wisk smooth.
Add potato-corn mixture including cooking water. Stir and then let sit 5 minutes.
This is bland and needs some chicken broth added and use less cooking water. I made a white sauce instead of just letting it mix together.
