Ingredients

  • 2 C. chopped pretzel twists
  • 1 1/2 C melted butter
  • 3 T sugar
  • 8 oz cream chees
  • 8 oz softened cool whip
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 Large strawberry jello
  • 2 C. pineapple juice
  • 2 C. frozen strawberries or rasberries

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 400
Mix pretzels, butter and sugar together and spread in 9X13" pan coated with cooking spray. Bake 8-10 minutes. Cool completely.


Mix cream cheese, cool whip and sugar until well blended. Spread on top of cooled pretzel layer. Refrigerate until very cold.

Jello: bring pineapple juice
boil. Add jello and stir until desolved. Add berries. Let sit in refrigerator until firm. Then spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate until hard.
