Ingredients
- 10 oz bag of spinach
- 1 clove of garlic slivered
- 3/8 cup salad oil or olive oil
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- dash of fresh pepper
- 2 hard boiled eggs chopped

Preparation
Step 1
wash spinach leaves. cut them into bite size pieces. dry. Chill for 1 hr. Let garlic stand in oil 1 hr.. remove garlic just before serving. Mix oil,vinegar, salt & pepper in large salad bowl. Add spinach & toss with dressing until leaves are well coated. Sprinkle with chopped eggs
