Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 green pepper
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 small onion
- 2 carrots shredded
- 1 med. zuccini shredded
- 1 cup chopped broccali
- 1 cup corn
- 1 15 oz can kidney beans
- 1 15 oz can black beans
- 1 29 oz chopped tomatoes (or stewed)
- 1 8 oz can tomato sauce
- 2 teas chili powder (or to taste)
- 1/4 teas hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic, pepper, celery and onion in large pot. Add carots, zuccini, broccoli and corn. Simmer 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients (with water if needed). Bring to simmer.
