Cheesy Chicken Ball

Ingredients

  • 1 (4.5-ounce) can white meat chicken
  • 1 (8-ounce) package of cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • Crackers for serving

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together chicken, cream cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and half of the chopped pecans in a medium mixing bowl.

Place chicken cheese ball mixture into the center of a large piece of plastic wrap. Using the plastic wrap, form a ball with the chicken cheese ball mixture.

Press remaining chopped pecans onto the top and sides of the chicken cheese ball.

Wrap tightly and store in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Serve with crackers.
