Warm Winter Lemon Cake

Ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 pkg (4 serve ea) Lemon flavor instant pudding
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare cake batter as directed on pkg. Pour into greased 13x9 pan, set aside
Pour milk and water into large bowl. Add dry pudding mix and sugar. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over batter. Place baking dish on baking sheet to catch overflow.
Bake 55 minutes or until toothpick is clear. Cool 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Store leftovers in fridge.
