Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/2 cup chooped onin
- 1/2 cup chooped bell pepper
- 1/4 stick butter
- 2 cups sliced fresh okra
- 3 cup chopped ripe tomatoes
- 1/3 teaspoon oregano
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 ears of fresh summer corn (optional)
