Strawberry Salad

Ingredients

• 1 head romaine and 1 head boston bibb lettuce, torn
• 1 pint strawberries, diced
• 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
• 1 c. shredded jack cheese
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
• 1/2 garlic clove, minced
• 1/4 tsp. salt, pepper and paprika

Preparation

Step 1

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour over salad ingredients right before serving.
