Ingredients
- 3 squares semi sweet baking chocolate (melted0
- 1/4 c. sweetened condensed milk
- 1 Oreo pie crust
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 2 c. milk
- 2 packages chocolate instant pudding
- 1 tub cool whip(thawed)
Preparation
Step 1
Toast nuts. preheat oven to 350 degree. Spread nuts in single layer baking pan. Bake 5-7 minutes or until lightly toasted. Stirring occasionally.
Mix chocolate and condensed milk until well blended. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nuts.
In large bowl pour in milk and add dry pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk until well blended. (mixture will be thick)
Spoon 1 1/2 c. pudding mix over pecans in crust. Add half the cool whip to remaining pudding mix. Stir with whisk until blended. Spread over pudding layer in crust. Top with remaining whipped topping.
Refrigerate 3 hours. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
