CHOCOLATE PIE

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup SUGAR
  • 1/3 Cup COCOA
  • 3 Tablespoons SALT
  • 1/4 Teaspoon SALT
  • 2 1/2 Cups MILK
  • PIE SHELL
  • WHIPPED CREAM

Preparation

Step 1

Blend SUGAR, COCOA, CORNSTARCH and SALT.
Gradually add MILK.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium to low heat.
Bring to a boil for a full 3 minutes.
Add 1 Teaspoon VANILLLA.
Cool slightly.
Pour into pie shell.
Cool and top with WHIPPED CREAM.
