DILL PICKLES

Ingredients

  • 1-Qt vinegar
  • 3-Qts water
  • 1/2 Cup salt
  • Sprigs of dill
  • 3-4 Cloves garlic
  • 1 - Tbsp. pickling spice
  • Cucumbers - cleaned

Preparation

Step 1

Bring vinegar, water & salt to boil, simmer for 5 mins.
Fill wide mouth crock or jar with cucumbers, dill, garlic & spices.
Let brine cool slightly then pour over cuks, may be eaten in a few days.
Replace cukes as they are used.
