Pork Braciola Marinara
- 6 --- 8ounces 1/2"thick boneless pork shoulder steak
- 1 clove garlic,minced
- 2/3 c. parsley,chopped
- 1 cup grated provolone cheese
- 1 cup grated parm. cheese
- TOM. SAUCE REC.
Butterfly steaks leave 1/4 uncut. Open like a book season with salt and pepper,set aside.
Then sprinkle with garlic,parsley 1-1/2T. prov.and parm.
Roll the cutlets into tight logs and set aside. Seam side down. Tie.
Place the braciola into tomato mixture.
Simmer for 3hours.
1 cup olive oil
13 cloves garlic
1-96oz. or 4-18oz. cans whole ital. tomatoes
large pinch pepper flakes
2 teaspoons salt
Combine oil and garlic simmer 10minutes
Add tomatoes, and pork.
Simmer for 3hours/
