Directions

Butterfly steaks leave 1/4 uncut. Open like a book season with salt and pepper,set aside. Then sprinkle with garlic,parsley 1-1/2T. prov.and parm. cheese. Roll the cutlets into tight logs and set aside. Seam side down. Tie. Place the braciola into tomato mixture. Simmer for 3hours. TOM. Recipe: 1 cup olive oil 13 cloves garlic 1-96oz. or 4-18oz. cans whole ital. tomatoes large pinch pepper flakes 2 teaspoons salt Combine oil and garlic simmer 10minutes Add tomatoes, and pork. Simmer for 3hours/
